How To Make Your Tub/Shower Shine!

I've spent a lot of elbow grease and a lot of money on chemicals to try to get the tubs and showers in my home to sparkle.

Between the hard water, soap scum, and hard use after working in construction all day, the shower and the tub can really start to show some wear and tear.

I thought I would share with you all an inexpensive chemical free way to do this - and it really works!

Simply mix up equal parts baking soda and cream of tartar and lemon juice.

Mix it up until it forms a paste.

Apply to the stains and soap scum areas in your tub or shower.

Leave this paste on the area for about an hour and rinse it away.

You will be amazed at how clean the surface has become!

I like to follow up with a spraying of peroxide over the area as a final way to clean and disinfect the area.

If you have stubborn stains, this may take a few treatments, but don't give up!

You will see results without using harsh and expensive chemicals.

If you've got some hard water stains building up in your bathroom sink, you might want to try this mixture there as well, as it will work the same, and make your sink look almost brand new!
